Mike woke up at 6am again. Working!
I had the leftover Indian food. I purposely saved some for later to see if it still tasted as good as it did — it did. 🙂
Then I went straight to studying.
I completed the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling Course. I was very disappointed in the course. As a training and development coordinator at a disability servicing accreditation centre, I was the one who wrote the curriculum for CBT training. So I was very disappointed in this training. 😦
I also started a management and leadership course. Haven’t learned much so far. Alas I have my finance training for that. The personal growth and development you learn is monumental. But it is a good reinforcer.
I also started a NLP, neuro-linguistic-programming course. One that allows me to be licensed as a practitioner to become a life coach if needed in the areas of NLP and hypnotherapy. Annual fees and all to maintain your license.
I also completed a sell safe course to sell marijuana. While I do not want to become a qualified cannabis worker, I learned quite a bit about marijuana. I learned about THC, CBD, hemp, and more importantly, that our brains continue to develop til we are 25. This means, I have no more growth. 😦 Cries!
Mike came home and we ate Pumpa’s BBQ. Delicious while the portion sizes were small.
Mike crashed hard when he came home.
This was probably one of the more boring days for me and involved a lot of sleeping. I learned one can sleep a lot and get tired of sleeping. Which, I never thought I would ever say.
I also learned I am way more effective without the distraction of Mike. 🙂
Best of luck with your studying. All our schedules have become untethered lately and even sleep becomes a strange platform. Hope you are giving yourself room to be and breathe.
