Child’s Book

I recently decided to publish this book for my niece — Charlotte. I can’t wait to see you in 9 days!!

Charlotte No Night Night

Once upon a time, in a far away place, there lived this beautiful Princess. Her name was Charlotte. She had chestnut brown hair and these big brown eyes. Every night, Charlotte had to go night night.

Every night, Charlotte’s Mama would come into her room, and say, “Charlotte, go night night.” Charlotte would always say back, “No. No. No. No. No. No. No.” And she would cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.

Charlotte’s Dada would come into her room, and say, “Charlotte, go night night.”  Charlotte would always say back, “No. No. No. No. No. No. No.” And she would cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.

Charlotte’s Papa would come into her room, and say, “Charlotte, go night night.”  Charlotte would always say back, “No. No. No. No. No. No. No.” And she would cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.

Charlotte’s Grandma would come into her room, and say, “Charlotte, go night night.”  Charlotte would always say back, “No. No. No. No. No. No. No.” And she would cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.

Charlotte’s Grandpa would come into her room, and say, “Charlotte, go night night.”  Charlotte would always say back, “No. No. No. No. No. No. No.” And she would cry, cry, cry, cry, cry.

One day, Auntie Pam came in and said, “Charlotte, why you no go night night?” Charlotte said, “I want hugs, kisses, and cuddles.”

So, Auntie Pam had magical fairy powers and she runs her fingers down Charlotte’s face and says, “Al-la-ca-bam. Al-la-ca-boom-boom-boom.” Every time she said the word “boom,” she would boop Charlotte’s nose. She does this three times.

Then out pops Uncle Mike. Uncle Mike gives Charlotte all the hugs, kisses, and cuddles she wants. Charlotte feels save and so loved. Then Charlotte goes night night.

The End.
